It feels like home when you select a studio, one- or two-bedroom option at the Garden Apartments at The Oaks. First decide if you prefer an exterior apartment connected by covered walkways to the Community Centre or an interior apartment connected to the Community Centre by an interior hallway. Then select the floor plan that best meets your needs.
Garden Apartments feature:
- Full kitchen in exterior apartments, step-saver kitchen in interior apartments
- Appliances, including stove, refrigerator, disposal, dishwasher and washer/dryer (interior apartments feature small stove and refrigerator/freezer and laundry room access on corridor)
- Well-lighted rooms with neutral palette
- Plush carpet in living room and bedrooms
- Individual climate control
- 24/7 monitoring system in each apartment; if no movement detected in apartment, staff is alerted
- Updated senior-friendly bathroom
- View of Lake Herman or gardens
