The Tower offers many choices of one and two-bedroom apartments. Garden apartments are available in studio, one, and two-bedroom options.
Assisted Living
Savannah at The Oaks was created to cater to residents who need assistance with the tasks of daily living. Whether you simply need help with medication management or require a bit more assistance, you choose from an a la carte menu of services that meet your needs. Your residential options are studio, one and two-bedroom apartments.
Total Care
The Health Center at Live Oak and North Pavilion offer long-term total care and short-term rehabilitation services. Whatever your choice, you’ll be certain that the care provided is tailored to your needs based on your doctor’s orders. And you can have confidence in the quality, thanks to our affiliation with Willis-Knighton Health System. However, residents are free to choose their own doctors and hospitals. The Health Center is Medicare/Medicaid approved, while the North Pavilion is all private pay.
